What's Your Everest?
FAQs
If Everest was a walk-in-the-park no one would bother. It’s because it’s such an awe-inspiring challenge that people do it.
The fact is this - There will be hardships and obstacles. At times, you will wonder if it’s worth it.
The same goes for any big challenge that children want to overcome. Whether it’s learning to ride a bike, staying away from home overnight or a bigger challenge such as climbing an actual mountain.
The key is to keep going. To persevere and show resilience. To not give up. Remember: The size of the accomplishment increases in direct proportion to the size of the challenge. If it is a great goal, expect great adversity and when obstacles arise, embrace them!
